Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unwashed and undamaged
  
  

• In original condition, with tags (if applicable)
  
  

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number is perfect!)
  
  

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Reach out to us within the return window — we’ll do our best to make it happen, depending on stock availability.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@halcyondra.co with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll guide you from there.
